Peter Barrett Communications offers a wide range of video production services. Demo videos are available in all categories. We also have posted examples of these kinds of video under the “Video Gallery” portion of this website.

SPECIAL OCCASIONS: Do you have a special someone you want to honor with a video about their life? We specialize in these kinds of videos, and have done everything from mock TV shows to video montages set to music. You’d be amazed what can be done with your home videos and photos.

STAGE PRODUCTIONS: Have a stage production your dance or theatre troupe would want captured? We’re done extensive work in this area, with clients including Shawnee Mission and Gladstone Theatre(s) in the Park, Blue Valley Recreation, Shawnee Mission West and Olathe North High Schools, the Chestnut Fine Arts Center, and many others.

TRAINING VIDEOS: We’ve done work for National Seminars, writing, producing, directing, and editing management training videos. Need to train a lot of people quickly on management or any other subject? Do it on video and get it distributed on DVD or on the web. We’ll even do the duplication and file conversions (to Flash, Windows Media, or whatever!).

ORAL HISTORIES: There is no time like the present to capture the memories of a loved one. We can go to your location and set up an interview. Don’t know what to ask? We have a basic questionnaire template that you can review and add to. We can then deliver your DVD in a customized case. These can be as simple as just a camera capturing the person’s responses (with no editing) to a full-blown video production with still photos, music, and graphics. Do your family a favor. AUDITION TAPES: Can’t be there? Need to show a lot of people what you are capable of? We have extensive experience with these kinds of videos, particularly in stage performance and compiling videos for scholarship competitions.

LEGAL DEPOSITIONS: We know how absolutely vital it is do do these large projects accurately and on a very short turn around basis. We have the audio equipment to capture clean, crisp sound on location, and can edit down the footage to fit your needs. Video can be delivered on DVD or VHS.
